We have new programs, and they all need volunteers! It’s an exciting time at the Long Island Game Farm.  Volunteer opportunities are coordinated by the Foundation for Wildlife Sustainability.

STORYTIME READING

Volunteers must have a positive attitude, a good work ethic, a desire to learn, be willing to work as a team as well as work alone. Volunteers should be motivated and be willing to talk to people, including our visitors and co-workers. Volunteers will gain education and practical work experience.

Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age and must commit to at least 3 hours per volunteer session and be available on a regularly scheduled basis or as per agreed upon.

Long Island Game Farm reserves the right to cancel an individual’s volunteer work if we feel it is not a good fit.
