Monday – Migration & Observation

Meet creatures on the move—birds, butterflies, and fish—and discover how they travel incredible distances

each year. Campers will create nature journals and experiment with watercolor paintings inspired

by winter wildlife.

Tuesday – Hibernation & Habitats

Explore the secret winter hideouts of groundhogs, bats, reptiles, and amphibians. Campers will investigate

how animals build cozy homes, then make their own animal habitats and craft thoughtful

Talking Sticks.

Wednesday – Adaptation & Plants

Learn how local animals like deer, foxes, sheep, and raccoons adapt to winter’s chill. Campers will

design imaginative clay creatures, create tree-inspired art, and discover the amazing survival strategies

of winter plants.
